Identify an academic and a non-academic task for which you have low motivation
Select motivation strategies from the reading and try them out
Reflect on if/how the motivation strategies you selected worked
Detail your initial thoughts (tasks selected and strategies to be used) in a few paragraphs
Clearly list which strategies you tried
Write a detailed reflection on how the application of strategies altered your motivation that includes at least two connections to the text
Submit your completed template for grading
